Since my save had me about to cross the water to get the wind turbine code, I decided to grab that before the nuke key. The other mission had 2 things left to do, 1) find the nuke key and 2) find the wind turbine code. The save that I used has the confessor convinced to leave the island already for dealing with confessor on reformation mission. I missed this my first time thru so I came here to TA and read all the solutions. I just got the achievement without finding the nuke key which means I didnt nuke anybody,
Actually, you dont need the nuke launch key at all.
